In an attempt to make things more convenient for player and parents, we have posted all of the registration forms and information here. Please print these, complete the forms, and submit them to Mrs. Ayers as described below.
Registration Checklist
_____Player attends Season orientation session in C-103 on Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at 4:30 pm.
_____Player receives updated medical release to play lacrosse (physical exam - see AISD Athletic Participation below).
_____Player and parent review contents of the Boys Lacrosse Handbook for 2009-10, sign, and return all necessary documents by Monday, September 21, 2009 to Lorrie Ayers:
_____Player and parent remit equipment fees and registration fees of $250, check payable to Bowie Boy’s Lacrosse. (Player will be required to remit game fees of $250 by Jan. 15, 2009 to remain on roster.) Please contact Mrs. Ayers regarding payment arrangements or scolarships. The Bowie Lacrosse program costs approximately $1,000 per player to operate. All money comes from player fees and fundraising efforts. The remaining $500 is ‘paid’ by each player through the money he earns in the “Fair Share” fundraising opportunities.
_____Player and parent reply to confirm receipt of team emails. Notify Paula Middleton at paula@redboid.com if you are not receiving communications from Bowie Lacrosse within 2 weeks of registration.
